Who handles your data

MachuPing operates Studio Ticket Watch and controls the account, watch and support data collected for this service.

What we process

We process your account email, selected product, dates, times, party size, payment identifiers, alert delivery records and limited security and analytics data.

Providers

We use Stripe for payment, Firebase for authentication, Resend for email, PostHog where enabled for product analytics, Hetzner for hosting and Cloudflare for DNS, CDN and tunnel services.

Your choices

You can pause or remove watches in the dashboard and contact support for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to legal and payment-record duties.
